Removed dependence on run and in-screen.sh scripts from xxx.sh.  Added run option, which does what the run script does.

  * Allow IOC binaries to have a filename that isn't the IOC name
  * Detect the correct IOC when multiple IOCs use the same binary
  * Display the screen PID when the IOC is running in a screen session

Automatically set IOC_STARTUP_DIR to directory containing xxx.sh. Can be overridden if script will reside elsewhere.

Added xxx.sh, a script to start/stop/restart a linux ioc in a screen session. Improved in-screen.sh and run scripts.
