Shortened the delay between pushing the SYNC fields and setting syncInProgress to False. This seems to eliminate the stuck-in-the-moving-state when moving the motors from spec.

Lowered moving in priority below updating dmov, updating readbacks, and syncing targets.  May need to move dmov to the lowest level.  This change hasn't been tested yet.

Modified the transform to only update the dmov PV for the soft motor when the soft motor is tweaked.

Switched back to kmp2 (now properly patched for syncing).  Changed debug messages to focus on DMOV now.  Still syncing soft motor targets at end of every move.

Temporarily change soft-motor-target-sync behavior to always sync, regardless of who initiated the move.  If this behavior is acceptable to Ross and spec, the code will need to be cleaned up to remove the soft-motor-move indicator and the while true loop.

Soft motor target sync now uses the SYNC field.  Soft motor drive callbacks are disabled during syncing to prevent unwanted real motor motion.

Lengthened the resyncAfterConnect delay and prevented a resync after connect from happening at startup.  Added stuff to abort on disconnect, but the functional part of it is commented out.
